Lakshmi Mahal and Mahesh Mahal is owned by Mr. Damodharan and Mrs. Amala Devi Damodharan and it's managed by their two sons Mr. Mahesh Kumar and Dr. Suresh Kumar. Lakshmi Mahal and Mahesh Mahal was constructed in the year 2002 and is one the popular marriage halls in the city.
